Certified wood Certifications
Why PEFC?
PEFC certification aims to maintain the biodiversity of forests, their regenerative capacities, as well as their ecological, economic and social functions. If it is part of a sustainable forest management framework, wood energy therefore guarantees long-term renewal of the wood resource.
Why the “CE” marking?
The “CE” marking is mandatory for all products covered by one or more European regulations and confers on these products the right of free circulation throughout the territory of the European Union.
To affix the “CE” marking to its product, the manufacturer must carry out, or have carried out, checks and tests which ensure the conformity of the product with the essential requirements defined in the European texts concerned.
Why BTMC?
An ecological approach with bio-sourced and local products from sustainably managed Massif Central forests, BTMC certified wood uses all local species.
Guaranteed traceability for imported wood.
Maintaining the economic activities that sustain our territory.
WHY BOIS DE FRANCE?
THE BOIS DE FRANCE LABEL GUARANTEES THE ORIGIN AND PLACE OF PROCESSING OF THE WOOD. THIS IS A GUARANTEE OF RECOGNITION OF THE WORK OF THE FRENCH FORESTRY SECTOR.
The relocalization of the economy is obvious, as is the consumption in short circuits. With the BOIS DE FRANCE label, the fields of wood production, processing, construction and industries can seize this opportunity. Choosing to work with French wood is also increasingly crucial with regard to carbon capture and environmental issues.
